Are you a real factory?
Yes. We are a genuine manufacturer with independent factory, production lines and R&D team. Full production process is self-operated. No middlemen, we provide competitive factory price and stable quality.
Can you design drawings for me?
Absolutely. Our engineers offer free drawing design. Just send us your warehouse size, fire facility locations and obstructions like walls & columns. We’ll create racking floor plans, 3D drawings and renderings for your confirmation, then provide an accurate quotation accordingly.
Do you provide free samples?
Sure, we can offer free samples for your quality check. Since racking is large and heavy, full-set samples are not feasible. We can send samples of key parts like column & beam connections for your review. You can use your FedEx, DHL, TNT or other freight collect account. If you don’t have one, courier cost will be charged.
What is the minimum order quantity for racking?
Most of our warehouse racks have no MOQ. However, I suggest ordering a reasonable quantity. Racks are large and heavy — ordering only one set usually means shipping costs will be much higher than the goods themselves, plus a greater risk of damage in transit, so it’s not cost-effective.
How long does the delivery period usually take?
We keep large inventory of standard light duty rack, ready for shipment in 3 working days. Custom racking and mezzanine floors usually take 15–18 days for production. Lead time depends on order quantity. Contact our sales for the exact delivery time.
What are the payment terms?
We support TT, Western Union, Letter of Credit… 40% deposit is required at the time of signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before goods shippment.
What is the packaging method of the racking?
Normally we pack goods with bubble wrap, cartons or wooden pallets. Bubble wrap is the most widely used. Boltless racks are usually packed in cartons. We can adjust the packaging method as per your request.
Do you offer shipping services for racking?
We have a professional logistics team to manage shipment of your racking on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Should you use your own freight forwarder, we will assist to deliver the racking to your warehouse safely and promptly.
Can you provide installation service?
Of course. We provide free installation drawings and videos to help you assemble the racking. We can also assist you through video calls. If needed, our engineers can come to your site for on-site installation guidance. We will support you throughout the installation process.
Can we come to China to discuss cooperation?
Yes, you are welcome to visit us in China! We can arrange a factory visit for you to see our rack production. We can discuss all project details in person. Just send us your travel plan ahead of time.
