From incoming raw material inspection, dimension and thickness testing, load-bearing verification to finished product inspection, all procedures comply with ISO and CE standards. Rigorous Testing and Inspection
Load-Bearing Test
We carry out strict load-bearing tests on pallet racking to verify its actual load capacity. Representative beams and uprights undergo simulated heavy-load inspections. All test results meet international safety standards, ensuring safe and stable warehouse storage performance.
Racking Dimension Inspection
We carry out precise racking dimension inspection for all pallet rack components. Our QC team uses tape measures, vernier calipers and precision tools to check length, height, hole spacing and profile dimensions. Strict dimension control ensures excellent assembly accuracy and consistent racking quality.
Cross-Section Thickness Inspection
We perform cross-section thickness inspection on all steel rack profiles. Our QC team uses professional measuring instruments to verify the steel thickness of uprights and beams. Strict thickness control guarantees the structural strength and rated load capacity of warehouse pallet racking.
